The breakfast on the terrace with a fine view of Florence was lovely. Plus, the staff are great-Elena's tips about local olive groves made my heart happy! Don't miss trying the nearby Trattoria Bondi for a taste of authentic Florentine fare.

A little quirk? The body wash spout in my bathroom was facing the wall, a bit of a challenge to get product out.

the room itself was newly renovated, stylish with a view and had essentials i needed. the location was excellent, for example, a distinguished monument was just a short walk away from the hotel. there were a central market and stores around the venue. i was lucky there was a train station minute walk from the hotel.

I did not want to leave, so 100% recommend this hotel. The property was stylish, spotlessly clean offered sensational breakfasts and had a magnificent location near large transportation hubs. I was offered a room with magnificent views of the cathedral. The bed was comfy, no problems with sleep...

The amazingly attentive staff gave us a nice welcome. The room was more than brand-new and included a clean bathroom.

The beds were very comfy and the rooms were reasonably large and soundproof. The breakfast offered a great selection of options and was delicious and great.

Big hype, little substance

While this accommodation boasts an really good location and a beautiful terrace for breakfast, it leaves something to be desired. A few quirks like a misaligned body wash dispenser also add to the oddities. Still, it has potential!

Is it hype or the real deal?

A amazing location, just steps from the main train station. The terrace view overlooking the Duomo made each morning special with breakfast served there!

Noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt your peace. Finding the hotel entrance was somewhat tricky, requiring better signage.

The hotel's ambiance was family-friendly, and the terrace views during breakfast were amazing. We enjoyed visiting Circolo Golf Ugolino with a great way to relax while the kids explored nearby sights.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available.

Just a heads up, finding the entrance can be a little tricky at first, so check the instructions before you arrive. 😊

The room was very comfortable with a thoughtful tea station and a mini fridge. The terrace offered amazing views, especially during breakfast where poached eggs were a good highlight. Despite these minor setbacks, the cute staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
